Volunteer Disaster Response & Search and Rescue

When storms hit, we respond.

At Oklahoma Safety Agency, our commitment to protection extends beyond standard security. When severe weather devastates our communities, every second is critical. Recognizing the significant gap in large-scale, organized search and rescue operations immediately following tornadoes in Oklahoma, we are stepping up to answer the call.

Our volunteer Disaster Response and Search and Rescue (SAR) division provides a highly coordinated, rapid-response effort to affected cities. We deploy emergency search and rescue teams to establish order, locate survivors, and provide critical assistance during the crucial window before municipal first responders can fully mobilize and arrive on the scene.

CEO Alexander Hogan Security team on duty

Alexander Hogan is a results-driven security executive, United States Marine Corps veteran, and proven field leader whose career reflects a consistent commitment to decisive action, operational excellence, and community-centered outcomes. With a foundation forged in high-pressure environments and refined through years of frontline leadership, Alexander has built a reputation as a proactive problem-solver who does not wait for direction—he anticipates challenges, mobilizes resources, and leads from the front.

Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of the Oklahoma Safety Agency, Alex oversees all administrative and field operations for a growing organization responsible for armed patrol services, alarm response, event security, and public safety support. In this role, he has established a culture of accountability, visibility, and readiness, ensuring that every officer under his command is trained not only to respond to incidents, but to actively prevent them. His leadership philosophy centers on presence and initiative—officers are expected to engage their environment, identify risks before they escalate, and take ownership of outcomes that positively impact the communities they serve.

Alexander's leadership style is deeply influenced by his experience in fast-paced, high-risk environments where hesitation can carry significant consequences. He has consistently demonstrated an ability to take control of dynamic situations, organize personnel effectively, and execute coordinated responses under pressure. Whether directing patrol operations, managing emergency incidents, or deploying search efforts for missing persons, he brings structure, clarity, and confidence to every scenario. His ability to maintain composure while making rapid, high-stakes decisions has become a defining characteristic of his professional identity.

Prior to leading Oklahoma Safety Agency, Alexander served as the Lead Field Training Officer with the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, where he was entrusted with shaping the next generation of professionals. In this capacity, he trained officers, instilling not only technical proficiency but also the mindset required to operate effectively in unpredictable environments. Alexander emphasized situational awareness, proactive engagement, and disciplined decision-making, ensuring that officers under his guidance were prepared to act independently while still functioning cohesively as part of a larger team.

His tenure as a Field Training Officer with the City of Bellflower in Los Angeles County further solidified his reputation as a leader capable of managing both people and complex public safety initiatives. There, Alexander supervised specialized task forces focused on gang outreach and homelessness intervention—two of the most challenging and sensitive areas in municipal policing support. Leading teams of multiple officers, he coordinated efforts that required both enforcement and empathy, balancing firm action with community-oriented solutions.

In addition to his field leadership, Alexander regularly addressed city councils and participated in public town hall meetings, where he provided strategic updates, communicated operational progress, and engaged directly with community members. These responsibilities required not only operational knowledge but also confidence, professionalism, and the ability to clearly articulate complex issues to diverse audiences. His presence in these forums reinforced trust between enforcement personnel and the public, demonstrating his understanding that leadership extends beyond the field and into public accountability.

Alexander's earlier experience in California's private security sector further highlights his rapid progression into leadership roles. As a Supervisory Patrol Officer, he was responsible for overseeing large patrol areas, managing incident responses, and ensuring the safety of multiple properties and communities. His ability to independently manage extensive patrol responsibilities while maintaining high standards of service set him apart early in his career. He consistently took initiative in resolving conflicts, addressing safety hazards, and coordinating responses to a wide range of incidents—from medical emergencies to criminal activity.

At the foundation of Alexander's professional development is his service in the United States Marine Corps, where he held responsibilities in communications, data systems, cybersecurity, and network administration. During his time in the Marines, he managed and trained personnel, maintained critical systems, and safeguarded classified information. He successfully led teams, improved operational efficiency, and demonstrated a high level of technical competence in complex and sensitive environments. This experience instilled in him the discipline, accountability, and leadership principles that continue to define his approach today.

Notably, Alexander's ability to train and manage personnel emerged early during his military service, where he was responsible for overseeing Marines and improving productivity through structured guidance and mentorship. He combined technical expertise with leadership capability, ensuring that his teams were not only competent but mission-ready at all times. This combination of technical and leadership experience gives him a unique advantage in modern security operations, where both physical presence and technological awareness are essential.

Throughout his career, Alexander has consistently distinguished himself as a leader who takes initiative rather than waiting for direction. He actively seeks out problem areas, develops actionable strategies, and leads his teams in executing those plans with precision. His approach is not reactive—it is preventative, strategic, and results-oriented. He believes that strong leadership requires visibility, decisiveness, and the willingness to step into challenging situations without hesitation.

In every role he has held, Alexander has demonstrated a clear ability to take control of situations and guide his team toward positive, measurable outcomes. Whether responding to emergencies, managing personnel, or engaging with the community, he operates with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership. His leadership is defined not only by authority, but by action—he leads alongside his team, setting the standard through his own performance.

As he continues to expand his impact through Oklahoma Safety Agency, Alex remains focused on building a professional, highly capable workforce that reflects his core values: discipline, initiative, accountability, and service. His career trajectory reflects not just experience, but progression—each role building upon the last, each responsibility reinforcing his capacity to lead at higher levels.

In an industry where leadership can often determine the outcome of critical moments, Alexander Hogan stands out as a professional who brings clarity to chaos, structure to uncertainty, and direction to those around him. His ability to assess, act, and lead ensures that both his team and the communities they serve are positioned for safety, stability, and success.
